When Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West announced their engagement, wedding dress designers all around the world wanted to design Kardashian’s dress. However, in the end, she went with one of her closest friends, Givenchy’s Ricardo Tisci, who made the perfect dress.
For the 2014 wedding, Kardashian wore a custom lace mermaid gown that stunned everyone. In addition to its formfitting silhouette, the dress featured a lace back with sheer paneling at the waist, long sleeves, and a train, topped off with a cathedral-length veil. The dress is certainly a step up from her previous wedding to Kris Humphries, where she wore a strapless, tulle Vera Wang ball gown!
