Mariah Carey

Mariah Carey’s wedding to Tommy Mottola in June 1993 was an over-the-top one, complete with 50 flowers girls! That’s right. However, Carey’s wedding gown was the true star of the day. The singer opted for a gown that was actually inspired by another celebrity wedding dress: Princess Diana’s wedding gown.
Designed by Vera Wang, Carey’s wedding dress featured puffy, off-the-shoulder sleeves, a billowing skirt, and of course, a 27-foot train. Carey topped off her look with a tiara and a 10-foot veil. The second time around, when she married Nick Cannon, Carey opted for a much subtler Nile Cmylo slip dress with an elbow-length veil.
