Mandy Moore’s Home in Ruins

Mandy Moore, beloved for her roles in “This Is Us” and “A Walk to Remember,” faced a devastating blow when the Eaton Fire ravaged her Altadena, California, home. The mid-century modern residence, which she and her husband, musician Taylor Goldsmith, purchased in 2017 for $2.6 million, was known for its stunning design and sentimental value.

Tragically, the fire destroyed significant portions of the property, including Goldsmith’s music studio, their garage, and a back house. While the main structure remained standing, she described the home as “not livable” and expressed sadness over the loss. She also shared feelings of “survivor’s guilt,” noting that many of her neighbors lost everything.
