The Smooth Transition

Within just a month or two, Grace had successfully transitioned to paste food and was eating less sugar than ever! Meanwhile, Cooper kept introducing her daughter to more and more food, mixing in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. The next step was to start introducing solid goods, which Cooper did one small step at a time.
Believe it or not, just a month after her first birthday, Grace was already eating meals that were much healthier than most adults do. This included salads, steak, and most importantly: no added sugar! However some people in Cooper’s life still debated if Grace was truly receiving all the nutrients that she needed.
