Just Three Feet Apart

Amazingly, three of the planes managed to land just three feet apart from each other. Even more impressively, most of the aircraft have remained intact through the years, with only a few broken tails and wings littering the floor. This, of course, created incredible pictures. Had the planes been more damaged or destroyed, the photographer is sure that they would not have come out so dreamlike.
For many of the images, Mueller decided to with a “birds-eye” view to capture the length and massive wingspans of the plane. By providing a bird-eye view of these planes, Mueller has been able to shine an incredible light on one of the most coveted and long-lost Word War II secrets! Especially for those historians who are not ready to dive underwater yet.
