12. A Royal Scholar

Prince Charles is quite an educated man, in case you didn’t know. After finishing very well at the Gordonstoun School, he elected to enroll at the famous Trinity College, at Cambridge, in 1967, instead of joining the British Armed Forces.
While in college, Charles studied anthropology and history, eventually graduating with a dual Bachelors in 1970. Believe it or not, that actually made him the first heir apparent to the English throne to ever obtain a university degree. Before him, all his ancestors had elected to join the army instead. Then, they returned home, married, and took their place in the Royal Family. But Charles changed all that!
