Joan Rivers – 81-Years-Old

Before her passing in 2014 at the age of 81-years-old, comedian Joan Rivers did it all. From earning Grammys for her comedy albums and authoring 12 best-selling books to hosting TV shows and creating jewelry, Rivers always lived life to its fullest.

All the while, while other celebrities shied away from the fact that they had plastic surgery, the loud and proud Rivers always admitted it. “I’ve had so much plastic surgery, when I die, they will donate my body to Tupperware,” she famously once joked to Anderson Cooper. Rivers’ reason for all the surgery? Simple: “I want to look nice,” the comedian explained. “No one wants to look ugly!”
