Even if you have never seen a picture of the legendary Donatella Versace, you almost certainly know her name. After all, Versace remains, arguably, the most famous name in all of the fashion world! Of course, today, Donatella works as Versace’s sole chief creative officer, after her brother, Gianni Versace, passed away. Perhaps Donatella’s most iconic design remains the green dress that Jennifer Lopez wore to the 42nd Grammy Awards ceremony in 2000.

These days, Donatella looks quite different from her model-esque stature of her early years. While many fans and professional plastic surgeons suspect that the designer has had work done, she has never publicly confirmed the fact.
