There is this silly notion that most cheerleaders are fairly girly and petite, and we don’t know where that idea comes from. Probably Hollywood!

Well, if you believe that, then you’re in for a surprise looking at this photo. As you can see, the woman on the right has incredibly toned muscles and would probably be able to beat most men in an arm-wrestling match! It makes sense that these women would have a fantastic physique. After all, they’re constantly lifting and throwing people who weigh the same as most big gym weights.
