Perks of Being a Ball Flower
Time for a very quick lesson in phenomenal photography. What you see is a classic example of the Gestalt Law of Proximity – a phenomenon wherein a closer object is perceived as a part of a distant one. In this case, while the flower is barely a few inches away from the camera, the shot composition makes it look as though it’s actually a skirt worn by the dancing ballerina.
In addition to the perfectly timed nature of this picture, the lighting and the colors bring it to a whole new level. We’ll leave the technical aspects to the experts and simply call it mindblowing!
