Is It Raining or About To Rain?

The sky itself seems a little confused on whether or not it will rain later on or it’s already rained quite a bit. While it’s hard to fully explain the anomaly occur, one thing’s for sure: it’s a rare and beautiful sight! Of course, it’s even rarer to a gorgeous full rainbow with a long, awe-inspiring strike of blue lightning in the same photo!

While the rainbow says the rain has gone, the lightning and grey, gloomy clouds seem to say otherwise. We’re sure that the citizens felt just as bewildered as we do! Thankfully, it all turned out alright in the end, with a small storm passing through and causing no damage.
