Believe it or not, the internet is divided over why this image went viral. Of course, on the surface, it seems clear. This is a hysterical, perfectly timed photo of a woman from Lancaster winning a “Hot Dog Catching Contest.” That’s right! This woman won the contest, becoming an internet celebrity along the way.

However, many think that this photo went viral not because of the young lady’s determined face, but because of her abnormally large tongue and ear. Once pointed out, many users barely noticed the hot dog and mustard anymore, solely focusing on the ear and tongue. Either way, this has to be one of the greatest, and oddest, perfectly timed photos ever!
