Out of all of her mother’s strange habits, the one that Lukasik could truly never make sense of was her mother’s addiction to makeup. Not only did Rita horde cosmetics, but she also had a constant need to apply it. Believe it or not, Rita would cake her face with pounds of makeup each day before leaving the house!
