Is She the One?

One seemingly ordinary day, Crotts took her daughter Evie, 13 at the time, to a local mall for a rehearsal for Evie’s dance class. Not only would Evie’s dance class be there, but so too would the other classes participating in the dance recital. At first, everything seemed fine. However, Evie then quickly began pulling at her mother’s shirt.

All of a sudden, Evie looked up at Crotts and pointed at a young girl. “Mom, that girl standing in the hallway, wearing a Brigham Young University (BYU) sweatshirt, looks just like your little butterfly,” she said excitedly. However, at first, Crotts’ actually ignored Evie!
