The Lady Diana wedding ring, and its large blue sapphire, will go down as one of the most important and iconic pieces of jewelry ever crafted. Of course, while royal weddings are famous, the rings can be even more so!
Still, this sapphire ring has its fair share of controversies, like almost everything in the British Royal Family. Apparently, the ring is not a custom, coming from jeweler Garrard’s catalog, something that did not please the Royal Family.
