Wendy Williams – New Jersey, $1.4 Million

While most were just trying to make it through the coronavirus pandemic, TV host Wendy Williams moved across the country. Unfortunately, it was for sad reasons: after separating from her husband, Williams decided to rid herself of her $1.4 million New Jersey mansion and start anew. It’s certainly a blow for Williams, as the star has often discussed how much she adores the five-bedroom, four-bedroom house, which sits across 5,700 square feet.

To make matters worse, the couple picked up the house for just under $3 million, they took a massive loss on the home, selling it for less than half, at $1.4 million. Where will Williams go next – who knows? But right now, she’s renting a $15,000-a-month house in Los Angeles!
