Viola Davis and Julius Tennon, 12 Years Apart

Iconic actress Viola Davis and husband Julius Tennon first met on the set of TV show City of Angels back in the early 2000s. Today, Davis remains convinced that God quite literally answered her prayers. “I said I wanted a big black man from the South who looked like a football player, who already had children, who maybe had been married before. Three and a half weeks later, I met my husband,” David said in a recent interview.

Davis and Tennon celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary in 2018, and the Oscar winner sent a special message to her hubby on Instagram. “The best 15 years of my life. You’re my heart,” Davis captioned a photo of them.
