Toothbrush or Hairbrush?

While milkmaid braids, also known as French maid braids, are both excellent and terrible. On the one hand, they look great. However, on the other hand, achieving that roughed-up, lived-in look is something incredibly challenging. Well, not anymore! Now, you can simply use a toothbrush to rough your hair up, even if you don’t have a teasing brush.

Instead of using a teasing brush, simply take your toothbrush and texturize your milkmaid braids against the way you have braided. In just a few seconds, you can achieve that fantastic, lived-in look. Just make sure to wash your toothbrush before and after!
