What this person is doing doesn’t seem appropriate, but definitely interesting! Warming up before working out is always advised, yet we are sure no trainer would recommend a position where your head needs to swing like this. We feel concerned for this clueless individual; he could have hurt his neck beyond repair. Nevertheless, the man did fine, thankfully!
Muscle strengthening is a vital part of the exercise, and the boy might like it, but even a child would tell putting this much pressure on the pectoral muscles and triceps would only do more harm than any good!
