Actress Jessica Biel is proof that one can leave Hollywood and still remain as busy as ever! After taking a break from the business in 2015 to raise her children with husband Justin Timberlake, Biel decided she simply did not have enough to fill her schedule. So, she opened Au Fudge, an upscale, but kid-friendly, restaurant in mid-2016.

Incredibly, even after opening Au Fudge, Biel wanted to spin one more plate! In 2017, she started Au Fudge Camp, a children’s art store that also hosted parent-child art classes and sleepover camps. “This is a tough business…particularly because we have almost three different businesses under one roof, but it’s working out,” the actress said in an interview. Sadly, it didn’t work out for Biel, with both businesses closing in 2019.
