It’s truly incredible, but actor Will Smith looks almost the same as he did when he premiered on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air all those years ago. Now 52-years-old, Smith remains one of the wealthiest and most influential people in Hollywood.

But how does someone so busy keep themselves in such great shape? Well, in a recent interview, Smith revealed that he focuses just as much on what goes into his body as the workouts he does. However, that was only a recent discovery! “I couldn’t believe I got to 50 years old without knowing you literally are what you eat,” Smith wrote on Instagram. “I love food, but I realized my relationship with food was I eat for fun. I eat for joy.”
