Alex Rodriguez – 45-Years-Old, Baseball Star

Better known as A-Rod, baseball star Alex Rodriguez played for everyone from The Seattle Mariners and The Texas Rangers to his famous stint with the Yankees during his time on the diamond. After quitting the game, Rodrigues has gone on to become a sports announcer as well as a top entrepreneur. However, his most recent claim to fame was his relationship with the one and only Jennifer Lopez, which ended in early 2021.

Of course, as a former athlete, it probably comes as no surprise that Rodriguez still works as hard as ever to stay in shape. At 45, he still loves to do baseball drills, like sprinting and hitting the batting cage, except for he now does them at a gym!
