The Bachelor / The Bachelorette – Fake

Without a doubt, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette have become two of the biggest, and last remaining, dating shows on television. Over ten or so episodes, the titular bachelor or bachelorette dismisses a pool of hopeful lovers one by one, until they have someone very special at the very end. After spending plenty of quality time with them on the show, of course.

Well, it seems like quality time. However, in reality, the bachelor or bachelorette only spends about 72 hours, at maximum, with any given candidate, according to former contestant Ali Fedotowsky! And Fedotowsky should know: after starring on The Bachelor, she became The Bachelorette. She put it best: “you can’t really get to know a person in that time frame.”
