The Voice – Fake

Of course, millions worldwide, not just in America, love the singing-competition reality show The Voice. Fans can’t wait to see who the iconic judges, which have included Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Gwen Stefani, among others, will pick each week. However, this has not stopped some singers and contestants from claiming that they are actually scouted for the program!

While there’s little proof for these claims, it is true that the contestants don’t pick their own songs, the producers do. That’s right! The reason? As s producer Audrey Morrissey told the Tribune News Service, if the contestants were to choose their own songs, “they’d all pick the same songs.” So the producers from a long list that each contestant submits at the beginning of the season.
