Didn’t know that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were college sweethearts? They are! They first met while attending St. Andrews University in Scotland, where both studied art history. Reportedly, the pair became a couple in 2002, after sharing a house together with two other friends. Even though the couple has been through their ups and downs, William and Kate have stuck it out!

Finally, in 2010, Prince William proposed to his college sweetheart while on a private holiday to Kenya. Famously, they then married in a lavish ceremony at Westminster Abbey in 2012, announcing their first child shortly after. As of today, the Duke and Duchess remain happily married after eight years and three children.
