It breaks many women’s hearts when they discover that, not only is the legendary Jon Bon Jovi married, but he’s been married to his high school sweetheart for most of his life! Bon Jovi met his wife, Dorothea Hurley, at Sayreville War Memorial High School in their home state of New Jersey and have remained together ever since.
At the peak of Bon Jovi’s fame, the two decided to marry in the middle of his 1989 Jersey Syndicate Tour. They married at the Graceland Wedding Chapel, with an Elvis impersonator as their official. Today the couple has four children together, and Hurley does not worry about Bon Jovi’s female fans. “I think it’s great they love the music,” she said in an interview in 2016.
