Singer Madonna and actor Sean Penn were another famous ’80s couple that many have forgotten were once married. When the pair married in 1985, it seemed like a match made in heaven. However, soon enough, dark rumors about infidelity and worse started to emerge in the tabloids. Sadly, it eventually led to Madonna and Penn splitting up just a few years later, in 1989.
