Paula Abdul and Emilio Estevez

Forgot that these two ’80s and ’90s icons were once married? No worries! However, once upon a time, singer and dancer Paula Abdul and actor Emilio Estevez made quite the red carpet pair. As it turns out, Estevez is quite the gentleman, as well. “After [the first date], he would send flowers or letters to every city I was in,” Abdul later recalled.

So, given their very romantic relationship, it should come as no surprise that Estevez and Abdul married in 1992. Sadly, it seems a long union was not in the cards. The two split just two years later, in 1994. Since then, though, both Estevez and Abdul have expressed well-wishes for each other.
