Jonah Hex: Inappropriate Costumes

There are plenty of reasons why Jonah Hex massively flopped at the box office. And while Megan Fox’s character’s costumes probably did not cause the film’s downfall, they probably did not help. After all, the costumes are utterly inappropriate for the time period the movie is set in!

This probably comes as no surprise, by even ladies of the night wore more in the Civil War era, when Jonah Hex is set, than Fox did. Especially when carrying around a weapon! While young men likely enjoyed the outfits, everyone else just found them unrealistic and a tad annoying…
