The Model and The Actor Meet
Margaux Hemingway, an American fashion model and actress, stood alongside Paul Bakers, a British musical theater actor, in Studio 54, New York City. She, the granddaughter of writer Ernest Hemingway, was a supermodel who graced the covers of major magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Elle, and Vogue.
Her life, however, was a tumultuous mix of fame and personal challenges. Studio 54 was a regular haunt for Margaux during the peak of her modeling career, where she mingled with celebrities and occasionally indulged in alcohol and drugs. Meanwhile, Paul, an Olivier Award-winner for his role in “Taboo,” also couldn’t escape the club’s allure.
