Peeling Soap?

Vegetable peelers are great for, well, peeling vegetables. However, has it ever occur to you that you can actually use them on a soap? Of course, it isn’t that smart if you’re home, but it can be useful when you’re getting ready for a big camping trip. Instead of taking the entire soap with you, you can simply make some ready-to-use soap.

Even better, make a bunch of small bars of soap to use each day. This way, your soap bar will not get dirty, as it so often does while camping. You can even keep a few shavings in a bag with you at all times, meaning you just need a little water from your water bottle to wash your hands wherever you go while camping!
