Packing The Last Straw

When camping, its best to pack light. After all, lugging a bunch of stuff out of the car, only to put it back after a few days and nights of sitting around the campfire, isn’t really worth it. And, when camping, toiletries, sunscreen, and the like can often take up the most room in your luggage. Thankfully, there’s an easy camping hack for that, and all you need is some plastic straws and a lighter!

First, cut a piece of straw big enough to hold the liquid you need, plus a little. Next, fill the straw with the liquid, like sunscreen or toothpaste. Finally, seal the edges by applying a little heat with the lighter and letting it cool. The result? Tiny tubes that make packing a breeze!
