A Change In Character

While Tomas’ daughter had always been a typical smiling little girl before advancing to Pine Grove Elementary School, every day at the school seemed to change her a little bit more. At first, Tomas figured that Aliya’s change was simply her dealing with the stress of a new school. New friends, teachers, and surroundings can be stressful for a small child, after all!

She was emotional and sometimes sad after what seemed like talking to her classmates. And learning might be a little harder in the classroom than when you’re home. Tomas became a little upset with how his little girl was reacting to the new environment. Surely, every parent reacts like that when their child is losing happiness.
