Tom Arnold – 100 Pounds

Tom Arnold is perhaps known for his previous marriage to Rosanne Barr and starring alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in James Cameron’s True Lies. However, he also has quite the celebrity weight loss story! In April 2013, Arnold and his wife Ashley Groussman had their first child, a son named Jax. The birth inspired Arnold to become healthier, so he could play with his son as he grew up.

When at home, Arnold trains with a trainer and when he’s on the road, he has predetermined workout routines. Now down 100 pounds, he says he can chase his son around without feeling tired! Also, we’re sure if he ever needs help, he can always call his old friend Governor Schwarzenegger!
