Of course, Kim isn’t the only one to lose weight on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Like Kim, we know a lot about Khloe Kardashian’s celebrity weight loss thanks to her show and social media accounts. Khole began losing weight in 2013 and has now lost over 40 pounds!
So how did Khole do it? Well, like many celebs, she follows a strict diet, which includes no dairy, and an intense workout routine. In fact, she wakes up every day at 5:00 am, works out, but then doesn’t eat until 8:00 am! However, it certainly shows, and Khole says that she is going to keep the weight off, no matter what.
