Adele continues to be as confident after her celebrity weight loss as before. The singer decided to lose some weight after the birth of her son, Angelo, in 2012. She stopped drinking 10 cups of tea with sugar a day and also quit smoking. Then she hired nutritionist Jennifer Irvine and personal trainer Pete Geracimo.
Adele also made it clear to the Daily Mail that losing weight was for her and her son, no one else. “I have never been insecure, ever, about how I look, about what I want to do with myself,” she told the paper. This is also likely why Adele’s never revealed how much she’s lost.
