Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka – 15+ Years Together

Actor, singer, and comedian Neil Patrick Harris and actor and chef David Burtka have been together since 2004. The couple kept their relationship a secret until 2006, when Harris publicly came out as a gay man. The two moved in together shortly after and made their first public appearance at the 2007 Emmy Awards.

Harris and Burtka married in 2014, with their mutual friend, Elton John, performing at their ceremony. Today, Burtka and Harris are parents to twins Gideon Scott and Harper Grace, who were born via a surrogate mother in 2010.
