Melissa Etheridge and Linda Wallem – 7 Years Together

Love came for singer-songwriter and social activist Melissa Etheridge when she least expected it. For years, she and film producer Linda Wallem were nothing more than friends. Wallem even watched Etheridge’s kids from time to time! However, soon enough, Etheridge had all fallen in love with Wallen. “We were best friends,” the singer shared. “You have to be careful because you don’t want to lose your best friend, and if you’re like me, you don’t have a very good track record.” Thankfully Wallem felt the same!

In 2010, the pair made it official and started dating. Etheridge and Wallem then married in 2014 in Montecito, California. They remain happily married today.
