If you don’t know, actress Cheryl Ladd first hit it big as one of Charlie’s Angeles. When Farrah Fawcett left the show after its second season, ABC quickly needed to find an equally beautiful replacement. Thankfully they found Ladd, then an up-and-coming actress and the rest is history. She stayed on the show for the remaining five years it was on. After Angels ended, Ladd continued to work in TV and still does!

Meanwhile, off-screen, Ladd has aged fantastically. Her secret? Well, Ladd says that quitting smoking completely changed her life. “That was the smartest thing I’ve ever done for myself,” she said in an interview with EnergyTimes.com. The 69-year-old actress says that a move to the country from the city also helped lower her stress, which we all know helps tremendously.
