A Crushing Blow

Back in 2014, the entire Radford family suffered an incredibly devastating blow. After Casper’s birth (baby No. 16), Sue became pregnant with yet another boy, Alfie. Unfortunately, during a routine sonogram, Sue and Noel recieved the worst news any expectant parents possibly could: the doctor determined that baby Alfie had no heartbeat.

Unsurprisingly, the Radford family was completely devastated. They couldn’t understand how such a thing could have happened to their little boy. Especially after every other Radford birth had gone so well. After a few days of silence, Sue took to her blog to tell the world how she felt about the loss…
