Character: Stuart Bloom

Stuart Bloom is the owner of a comic book store in Pasadena frequented by the show’s lead characters. For most of the show, Stuart is portrayed as a lonely and sad man who is desperately looking for someone to love him. Unfortunately, he dates both Penny and Amy, only to have both realize their feelings for their future husbands while they were with him.

Thankfully,  by Big Bang season 12, it seems like Stuart finally found a girl who wants actually to date him. The show ends by showing Stuart living with Howard’s mother as her caregiver before her death and becoming a regular babysitter to Howard and Bernadette’s children.
