Character: Leonard Hofstadter

One of our favorite characters of all time is the experimental physicist Leonard Hofstadter. He always made us laugh through his withstood living with Sheldon and his iron-clad “roommate agreement” for much of The Big Bang Theory. What’s more, Hofstadter falls madly in love with their new neighbor, Penny.

The two of them soon developed a romantic relationship! Finally, Leonard managed to put a ring on on-again/off-again love interest Penny’s finger in the show’s seventh season. What’s more, their love story is what drove the show at the beginning of its run, though Sheldon Cooper became the breakaway star. Hey, at least he got his dream girl!
