Model, socialite, and daughter of billionaire Bernie Ecclestone, Petra Stunt, likely didn’t bat an eyelash when she purchased Aaron Spelling’s royalty-like home aptly called “The Manor” nearly ten years ago. At 56,000 square feet, this castle-like mansion features an impressive 14 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, its own orchard, and even a bowling alley, making it the ideal home for a young billionaire.
During her stay at “The Manor,” Stunt made some lavish changes, opting for more contemporary interiors. Among her additions were a lounge/entry lined in black-striped marble, an aquarium in the study, and nightclub makeover in the basement. It panned out though: she relisted it for $200 million after picking it up for a little under $150 million.
