Dame Diana Rigg – 82-Years-Old
Younger generations will recognize actress Dame Diana Rigg as Olenna Tyrell from the hit HBO series Game of Thrones. However, the English-born actress was successful long before that. Rigg actually rose to prominence as Emma Peel on the ’60s show, The Avengers. Then, she solidified her career by playing Teresa di Vicenzo in the James Bond film Of Her Majesty’s Secret Service. Meanwhile, in real life, Rigg also received Damehood during her career, thanks to her many theater productions.
When she was 18-years-old, Rigg was very into smoking cigarettes. However, when her health took a turn for the worse, she finally quit, which she said helped her aging considerably. Unfortunately, Rigg passed away at the age of 82 in 2020.
